As a singer-songwriter and vocal producer,

Wang Mei-Lian finds deep fulfillment in helping others unlock their musical potential

and express themselves with honesty and confidence through voice.

Alongside her own creative work, she has mentored and supported a wide range of artists,

including Derrick Hoh, Jess Lee, Patrick Brasca, and Zooey Wonder.

For her, teaching is not only about skill development,

王美蓮在教學中最大的收穫之一，

Beyond her work as a singer-songwriter and vocal coach,

Wang Mei-Lian collaborates with artists worldwide —

from the United States and France to Australia and Finland.

She works closely with singer-songwriters to refine vocal performance,

co-write original material, and prepare for recording or release,

offering guidance that supports both artistic clarity and long-term creative growth.

創作、教學與音樂歷程

• 1997 — Entered the professional recording industry through band work;

recorded first album as a keyboardist under Sony Music’s independent imprint

• 1998 — Signed with Zhen Yan Records, a Taiwanese indie label;

first original song officially released

• 2000 — Signed with Warner Chappell Music, entering the international music publishing system

• 2001–2003 — Signed as an artist with Virgin Records;

released a single and continued developing as a singer and songwriter

• 2004–2008 — Founded and ran Martian Music (火星人音樂), a self-led label;

released her own albums and developed diverse independent music projects

• 2008–2010 — Gradually shifted focus toward music production and vocal teaching

• 2010 — Established Lotus Music

• 2012–2016 — Served as Academic Director at Rockschool,

leading curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and instructor training

• 2018 — Relocated to France and launched global online vocal coaching

• 2023–2025 — Released works AI, Bias (以為和因為), and Perfect Time

• 1997 年 — 透過樂團合作正式踏入唱片產業，

以鍵盤手身分參與首張專輯錄製，隸屬 Sony 音樂 旗下獨立品牌體系

Over the years, Wang Mei-Lian has collaborated with artists and producers across Asia and Europe, contributing her work as a songwriter, vocal producer, and creative collaborator to a wide range of music projects.

Her collaborations include artists such as A-Mei, Stefanie Sun, Jolin Tsai, Fish Leong, and Sammi Cheng, as well as original projects with international musicians and producers based in France, the United States, and Taiwan.

These collaborations continue to inform her creative practice and teaching approach, reflecting her belief that music can bridge cultures through shared expression and sound.

多年來，王美蓮與亞洲及歐洲多位音樂人合作，在不同專案中擔任詞曲創作、歌唱製作與創作協作等角色。

她的合作對象包含張惠妹、孫燕姿、蔡依林、梁靜茹、鄭秀文等歌手，同時也持續與來自法國、美國與台灣的音樂人與製作人進行原創合作。
